Change-of-Mind Return Policy

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or store credit within 100 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@goodsignco.com.au to arrange your return. Please note the following guidelines for change-of-mind returns:

  • Items must be returned in unused and unaltered condition.
  • All original packaging must be intact.
  • Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
  • The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
  • We are unable to reimburse customs, duties, or taxes.
  • Returns should be sent to our address in 1/38-40 King Street, Airport West VIC 3042. Please consider potential shipping costs from Australia.
  • Returned items will be carefully inspected before a refund or exchange is processed. If the products are damaged or missing components, the refund will be at our discretion.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods Return Policy

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please notify us immediately upon discovering the issue or within 100 days of receiving your order at hello@goodsignco.com.au. Our customer service team will respond within 3 business days to address the issue. If a product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will:

  • Repair, replace, or refund the item.
  • Cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Cover all shipping costs associated with replacing the item.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. If you've received a sale item that's faulty or incorrect, please refer to the "Faulty or Incorrect Goods Return Policy" mentioned above.

Exchanges and Credit Notes

For exchanges, we'll send out the new item once we receive the returned item. Please be aware that there will be a courier charge for return shipping, which may be higher than the initial shipping charge.
